"Traditionally Beck Center has provided $15,000 annually to enable students with financial need to take arts education classes," remarked Beck Center President & CEO Lucinda Einhouse. "One of the auction goals at our 80th anniversary gala was to cover the cost of our Financial Assistance Program. Our attendees responded so generously, we ended up with a total of $33,000, which will serve nearly 120 students this year!"

Financial assistance will be applied over the next three semesters in varying increments according to need. “We now have the largest pool of funds that  provide artistic opportunities for more of our community members,” commented Gallagher. “As a result of our generous donors and members of the Beck Center family, more kids than ever will be here at Beck Center telling their story and creating art experiences.”
