Former Beck Center student and current Hollywood actress, Rachel G. Fox, returns to the Beck Center to share the story of her exciting journey from the Beck stage to the sets of Hollywood. Rachel will appear at two special events that day.

Discussion and Q&A - 10:30 a.m.

Beck Center theater students and members of the community are invited to a special talk with Rachel. She will give insight on how her experiences on the Beck stage helped paved her way to being nominated for a Screen Actors Guild Award and the Young Artist Award. She will also discuss her passion for the Camp Laurel, a nonprofit organization that gives hope and camaraderie to children and their families who are affected by HIV/AIDS. Students and audience members will have the opportunity to ask questions.

Into the Woods and Reception - 3 p.m.

Beck Center Teen Theater presents Stephen Sondheim’s Tony Award-winning musical Into the Woods, directed by Jonathan Kronenberger. Tickets are $12 for adults and $10 for students (18 and under). All attendees to this performance (February 26) are invited to a post-show reception to meet and greet the cast and speak with Rachel and her mother, Victoria, who has guided her daughter’s stellar career. Admission to the meet-and-greet is free but a goodwill offering to benefit theater education at the Beck Center will be accepted.
