For many, summer is winding down and they are getting into the "back to school" mentality.  But at Beck Center, campers are still singing and dancing their way through the campus and our summer appeal is in full swing! Our goal is to raise $45,000 by August 31 to ensure we end on a high note. We are so grateful to donors like you who have supported us throughout the year, many of whom have recently contributed to this final push! Your kindness has made you our partner in sharing the power of the arts with people of all ages and abilities. A few highlights from this year include:

  • Our poignant production of Bent this spring received acclaim from both critics and audience members alike. It was a true testament to how theater can entertain but also be thought-provoking.
  • Creative Arts Therapies continues to grow each year, adding more programs and events that empower individuals with special needs, with plans to expand sensory-friendly offerings in the upcoming year.
  • The cast of the Nutcracker visited three long term care facilities at the main campus of the Cleveland Clinic during the holidays, enriching the lives of residents, patients, families, staff and visitors with a free dance performance.
  • Our Youth Theater production of The Laramie Project engaged audience members through a talk-back with the LGBT Center of Cleveland and community advocates, reflecting on its lasting significance and relevance.

As someone who has supported and experienced our work, you are a strong advocate for Beck Center. Please consider sharing what we do and why you support us with your family and friends.  You can also share your personal story with Beck Center and the arts by clicking here and filling out the form.  Thank you for being our partner!
