[title of show] - yes, that is the title - is a musical comedy about two guys writing a musical comedy about two guys writing a musical comedy! This Obie Award-winner was also nominated for two Drama League Awards, a GLADD Award, and a Tony Award. The story follows Jeff and Hunter, two struggling writers, who decide to enter a new musical theater festival. The problem? The deadline for submission is a mere three weeks away. With nothing to lose, the pair decides to create something new with the help of their friends. With the cast in place, they make a pact to write until the festival’s deadline and dream about how the show will change their lives. [title of show] follows their journey through the gauntlet of creative expression as they learn about themselves as people, friends and artists. Mature audiences.
