Outreach Education
Beck Center Reaches Out to the Community!
Beck Center for the Arts is committed to providing comprehensive arts education programs based on Ohio Department of Education standards and is designed to challenge the minds of students and stimulate creativity. Our Outreach Education program offers a wide variety of arts education activities including assemblies, field trips, workshops, teacher in-services, and on-site performances for schools, social service agencies, libraries, and other community organizations. These activities provide students of all ages and abilities with quality participatory arts instruction.
Arts at Beck Center (ABC)
Our popular field trip, Arts at Beck Center (ABC), is a completely participatory arts sampler field trip where students grades K-12 can experience many areas of visual and performing arts firsthand. These field trips are available throughout the school year and during the summer for day camps and child care centers. Programs are based on Ohio Department of Education standards.
Preschool-age children from early childhood enrichment centers and preschool PTA organization are also welcome to schedule these artistic experiences.
