Beck Center for the Arts is committed to providing comprehensive arts education programs based on Ohio Department of Education standards and is designed to challenge the minds of students and stimulate creativity. Our Outreach Education program offers a wide variety of arts education activities including field trips, workshops, teacher in-services, and on-site performances for schools, social service agencies, libraries, and other community organizations. These activities provide students of all ages and abilities with quality participatory arts instruction.
Custom-designed field trips to meet you and your student's needs! Our popular field trip, Arts Sampler, is a participatory journey in the arts! Students grades K-12 will experience firsthand the many areas of visual and performing arts. Our programs are will fit classroom's grade, size and curriculum needs.
These field trips are available throughout the school year and during the summer for day camps and child care centers. Programs are based on Ohio Department of Education standards. Learn more about out field trip options and learn what teachers have to say on our Outreach Page.
Preschool-age children from early childhood enrichment centers and preschool PTA organization are also welcome to schedule these artistic experiences.

Student Matinees are a great way to introduce students to the magic of live theater! Our Youth Theater program, one of the oldest in the country, performs four fully-produced shows each year, all of which offer Student Matinees for your class.
